Karli Rosen was born and raised outside of Philadelphia. Being enrolled in art classes for most of her life, she developed a love of drawing, painting, and a sense of accomplishment stemming from bringing ideas to life.
It was her passion for art, in conjunction with the desire to curate experiences for others that led her to a career in design. Karli's journey to becoming a designer began with the thought of designing interiors. She jetted down south to attend the University of Miami's School of Architecture. Wanting her creativity to be on a smaller scale than buildings, she refined her focus to designing products.
Karli transferred to Drexel University and quickly became immersed in the community of "Prodlings" (aka product design students). At Drexel, she began studying product design under the mentorship of Program Director Michael Glaser and Professor Raja Schaar. In 2017, after hours of studio time and hard work, Karli received her Bachelor of Science degree in Product Design from Drexel University.
Drexel's product design curriculum allowed for Karli to become a multifaceted designer. She is particularly interested in graphic design, three dimensional design, and materials- their processing and use in prototyping.
